I run no more because I can't run. My last back surgery took away my coordination to where I can't run any more. That was surgery number three. But in basic training and advanced individual training, I ran over 1,000 miles in four months. My entire military career, I ran over 6,000 miles in five years. In order to pass our physical training test, we had to run two miles in under fifteen minutes. So, my running days are over with.
