Arturo,

Like you I am a veteran. I am against registration of firearms. In my opinion, registration leads to confiscation. I can't go in with an identification card and walk out with a fire arm. I have to pass a background check. So did you. I had to pass a background check for my concealed carry permit. But the city I am from has restricted firearms. You can't have a firearm on any city property, including parks. You can't conceal carry during a parade or any event on city property. They have taken all of our rights. My home state passed a law that if your firearms are stolen you have to report them stolen within 48 hours or it's a class four felony. My guns were stolen when I was in jail. I reported my guns stolen when I traveled back home. Because I was incarcerated, I wasn't charged. I provided all of my serial numbers, filed the report and was gone in ten minutes.

As for insurance companies have made gun insurance so high some gun owners can't afford the additional cash outlay.

Colorado has a requirement before you can conceal caqrry, you have to attend an 8 hour training course and then you have to actually qualify qith your concealed firearm.

But anything that restricts the rights of gunowners I am against. My guns were stolen by a family memner and probably sold. There is a huge investigation into it. Every firearm stolen had a trigger lock on them so little fingers couldn't get in.

When I was in elemetary school, my principal carried a shotgun in the rack in his truck, one in his office and a concealed carry.

When I was in the ninth grade I had to take a hunter safety course and pass it. It just went over the rules of firearm ownership etc. as well as hunting laws.

Followed, clapped and commentd
